Instructions:
1. Hooks installed on the ceiling, fixed disks or can bear pipes, two hooks spaced 50-80 cm apart is better. For example, perforated ceilings that require hooks to be installed on the ceiling are not suitable for installation. (The installation must be able to be loaded on a fixed object)

1. The lifting anchor of the yoga hammock must be strong, and the height of hanging upside down from the first floor should not exceed 15CM to prevent accidental fall and injury.
2. Please check before, whether the yoga hammock hook plate is loose and the extension strap is not excessively worn.
3. Avoid carrying buttons or sharp objects from being damaged as well as yoga hammocks.
4. This product is non-fireproof fabric, please keep away from fire.
